These terms are written in plain language on purpose. Verifid is in early access, and a longer, more formal version will replace this page before the service handles live verifications. Until then, this is the honest deal.

1. Who we are

Verifid provides age verification for online stores, with the checks performed by certified EU verification providers. You can reach us at hello@verifid.io.

2. What this site is

This website describes the product and lets you join the early access waitlist. Joining the waitlist creates no obligation on either side: you are not committing to buy, and we cannot promise when, or whether, you will be offered access.

3. Not legal advice

Age verification rules differ by country and change often. What you read here is general information to help you get oriented, not legal advice. For decisions about your store's obligations, talk to a qualified professional in your jurisdiction.

4. Pricing

Prices shown on this site are early access prices. They are the prices we intend to charge, and founding stores keep the price they signed up at, but until you receive and accept an actual offer from us, nothing on this site is a binding quote.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to breach it, or submit information about people other than yourself without their permission.

6. Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of this website. This clause will be replaced with a properly negotiated one in the service agreement that accompanies live use.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top tells you when this page last changed.
